Potential claims could come from a perceived loss of value or additional costs incurred by a client alleging an error or failure by you in meeting their brief or their expectations.
It is important to remember that a professional indemnity insurance policy will cover you for your liability and your legal expenses in defending a claim. You do not have to be found liable to be covered, and indeed this insurance can act as a safeguard against the financial consequences of emotion-driven or frivolous claims.

Annual premiums for this combined liability insurance policy start from $715 (including fees and statutory charges), increasing depending on your business’s size and location, and the amount of coverage you require.
